Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZombieAI ("the Service"), operated at zombie-video.com. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ZombieAI turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos styled as a "zombie love story."

Generation specification. Unless otherwise stated on the pricing page, every standard video is produced with the Seedance 2.0 Mini model (provided by a third-party AI provider) at 720p resolution, up to 12 seconds, 9:16 vertical aspect ratio, delivered as an MP4 download.

What the AI produces. Output is generated automatically from your photos and a fixed story template. Results vary between generations; we do not guarantee any specific artistic outcome, likeness accuracy, or scene composition.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or entity per account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits and Billing

• Video generation consumes credits. Credits are purchased as one-time packs on the pricing page; there is no subscription unless one is offered and purchased explicitly.
• Credits never expire.
• Failed renders are refunded automatically: if a video does not complete, the credits for that attempt return to your balance. You are never charged for a video you did not receive.
• Successfully generated videos are not eligible for cash refunds, because the product is delivered immediately upon generation. If a video fails to meet the generation specification in Section 1 (for example, wrong resolution or duration), contact us at support@zombie-video.com and we will re-render or refund the credits for that video at our discretion.
• Prices are in USD and may change; changes apply to future purchases only.

4. Photo Upload Consent

You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you explicit permission to appear in a generated video. By generating a video, you confirm that you have obtained this consent from every person depicted. We may require you to provide evidence of consent.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

1. Sexual or NSFW content — including any sexualized depiction of real people.
2. Violence or gore — graphic depictions of serious injury, torture, or mutilation beyond the stylized fiction of the zombie theme.
3. Hate speech — content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
4. Child safety violations — any content involving minors in inappropriate, sexualized, or exploitative contexts. Zero tolerance; reported and removed immediately.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation — face-swapping, voice cloning, or any depiction of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent, including celebrities and public figures.
6. Infringing content — content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights of others.

Additional prohibited conduct: attempting to reverse-engineer the models, automating abuse of the credit system, reselling generated content as an official service, or circumventing rate limits.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

• We review reports and may use automated screening on uploads and generated output.
• If content violates Section 5, we may remove it, refuse the generation, suspend your account, and forfeit remaining credits, depending on severity.
• Illegal content, especially child-safety violations, will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• To report abusive content or conduct, email support@zombie-video.com with the video or account details. We review every report.

7. Your Content and Generated Videos

• You retain rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to render your video.
• You own the videos you generate and may post them anywhere, subject to Section 5.
• Do not upload photos containing identifiable third parties without their consent (see Section 4).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for how you use generated content after download.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
